Mary’s Meals, Family Fun Day, Bank Holiday Monday, May 6th. 2-6pm. Connolly Barracks, Longford:
This event is to raise funds for Mary’s Meals, Longford to ensure hungry children are fed at school, their one meal for the day.

The Youth 2000 Connaught – retreat will take place in Calasanctius College, Oranmore, Co. Galway on the weekend of May 10th to 12th, consisting of workshops, talks, testimonies, music, prayer and time to relax & meet with others. Come along for the weekend or pop in & say hello! Vigil: United Hearts, First Friday/Saturday:
All night reparation vigil is on May 3rd and 4th in the Chapel of Our Lady’s Manor, Edgerworthstown. Co Longford. Starting with confessions at 9 pm on Friday, followed immediately by Holy Mass. Concludes on Saturday with Benediction and Holy MASS at 5am

National Pilgrimage for Life-The first National Pilgrimage for Life, organised by the Council for Life of the Irish Catholic Bishops’ Conference, will be celebrated on Saturday 4th May in Knock Shrine with Mass at 3.00pm in the Basilica. Anointing of the Sick will take place during Mass. Main celebrant and homilist will be Archbishop Francis Duffy. We invite you to join us in Knock to celebrate the gift of life and to pray for the protection of all human life.

Tractor Run: – on Sunday 5th May in Kilcogy Village. Registration from 12 o’clock with tractors departing at 1 o’clock. In aid of the Meningitis Research Foundation.

St. Bernard’s NS presents the Famous Roscommon Solstice Choir of 80 singers accompanied by Mary O’ Connor and Friends in Abbeylara Parish Centre on Sunday 9th June. Tickets on sale locally, from the School or on eventbrite.ie
